The IAAH-Young Professionals Network is hosting a World Health Day webinar, The impact of covid-19 on mentoring, education and training in global adolescent health with Professor Pierre-André Michaud on Wednesday 7th April at 8:00 pm AEDT.
The hour-long webinar will feature discussions on: • Professor Michaud’s career as a European specialist in adolescent medicine and health. • His passion for teaching and the EuTEACH program. • Consequences of COVID-19 on training and tips to improve online teaching and learning.
This webinar will also feature a personal account from David Walusimbi, a postgraduate student from Uganda who travelled to Ireland to study global health just prior to the pandemic, and the impact it had on his learning.
